My client is currently looking for an Account Executive to join their team, working on one of their Automotive account's Dealer Relations Team.
 
They are looking for a person who understands the value of business/marketing in a recession and someone who is entrepreneurial. With sufficient experience, they imagine the job to encompass a more consultative role in addition to the administrative one, so successful candidates should show potential to advance and be prepared for some travel within the UK.
 
As Account Executive, your role would involve:-
 
- Answering dealer queries about Dealer Marketing Centre website, marketing assets and programmes on the phone and via email
- Traffic orders through to studio being aware of any deadlines given by publication

- Making creative judgements and recommendations on dealer generated marketing materials for the purpose of brand and legal compliance
- Run weekly reports on asset usage and dealer compliance submissions to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail for the client
- Maintain the DMC website as and when needed - adding, updating and removing marketing assets
- Support the other two members of the DMC team in terms of workload and phone cover
- Assist the account team as instructed by line-manager (Senior Account Director)
 
And the scope of the role:-
 
- Liaise with client on a regular basis to discuss any issues affecting the DMC
- Accompany the client on visits to dealers to discuss, understand and resolve any marketing issues the dealers may have
- Identifying dealer marketing opportunities for the team

In return, they are offering between £18,000 and £24,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits.
