Away from work I am passionate about...
Art, I absolutely love it and harbour a desire to become the next Charles Saatchi. I'm also addicted to swimming so if you smell chlorine its means I'm probably in the near vicinity.

My favorite meal of the day is...
It has to be breakfast. Its not always the most exciting meal but any excuse to eat peanut butter!

If I could have any job or career in the world...
A top psychologist because...I find the human brain and behaviours fascinating

I confess to being bad at...
Golf. It may not be the most shocking admission but I hate it and see it as a massive waste of my time. Possibly because I'm so bad at it.

I give £15 to charity water every time I make a placement because...
Water is a basic necessity for life and one that so many in the third world are denied. In the developed world that fact is often ignored. Access to clean drinking water should be the basic right of every human being on the planet.

I work at Dylan because...
I love what we do. I believe network and developing relationships are the core elements of recruitment and they are two things I'm very passionate about.

My favourite part of recruitment is...
Helping clients bring talent into their business. As a business owner I understand intrinsically how hard it is to find the right people for your organization. When you find the right individual for a role you just know its going to make the difference.

I confess to loving...
Disney movies. Again maybe not the most embarrassing admission but I really do get overly excited when the new Pixar movies are released.
